The plays we run

The same foundation feeds the map and the machine.

Disciplined fundamentals, run every week, in the order that compounds. Measured on rank, AI citations, and calls, never vanity.

01 · SEO Google Business Profile

What the map ranks on and one of the first things the AI checks.

02 · Both Reviews & consistency

Real reviews plus listings that all agree. The trust layer.

03 · SEO Pages that rank

Fast, structured pages for the services and towns you serve.

04 · GEO Quotable content

Clear answers a model can lift, trust, and cite you for.

How we run it

Audit, build, maintain. You never touch a dashboard.

We audit where you stand, build the foundation, and maintain the lead. Map fixes can land in weeks, AI citations build over months. Everything lives on your accounts. Yours, no lock-in.

What's the difference between SEO and GEO? +
SEO is search engine optimization: getting you to rank on Google, in the map pack and the links. GEO is generative engine optimization: getting you named inside the AI answer when someone asks ChatGPT, Google's AI Overview, or Perplexity. Different surfaces, heavily overlapping work, and you need both now.
If AI is taking over, why still do SEO at all? +
Two reasons. Plenty of buyers, especially in home service, still use the map and the links the old way. And the AI itself leans on Google's signals, your profile, reviews, and rankings, to decide who's trustworthy enough to name. Strong SEO is part of how you win GEO. Dropping it would hurt both.
How long until I see results? +
The profile and citation fixes can move the map in weeks. Ranking pages and earning AI citations is more of a months-long build, because trust accumulates. We front-load the fast wins so you feel momentum early while the compounding work runs underneath.
Can I just do this myself? +
You can, the same way you could do your own books. The plays aren't secret, they're just constant. Most owners don't have the hours every week to claim listings, chase reviews, tune pages, and publish content while running the actual business. That weekly grind is what you're hiring out.
Do I own all of it if we part ways? +
Yes. The profile, the content, the site, all of it lives on your accounts and stays yours. No lock-in, nothing held hostage.
