These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of amirgetsjobs.com and the services offered by Amir Gets LLC, doing business as AmirGetsJobs ("AMG," "we," "us"), a company based in Fresno, California. By using the site or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What We Do
AMG is a marketing and search agency focused on local SEO and visibility across AI answer surfaces (such as Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity), along with related content, measurement, and automation services. The specifics of any ongoing engagement are set out in a separate written Service Order or agreement, which controls where it differs from these Terms.
2. The Diagnostic
Our paid diagnostic is a fixed-scope assessment of your visibility across AI surfaces and related opportunities. It is prepaid, and you keep the findings whether or not you engage us for further work. If you begin an ongoing engagement within 30 days of the diagnostic, the diagnostic fee is credited in full toward your first invoice. The diagnostic is a report and analysis; it is not itself an implementation service.
3. Payment
The diagnostic is paid in advance. Ongoing engagements are billed per the Service Order, typically monthly, and are scoped to your market. We accept payment by card or bank transfer as indicated at checkout or on your invoice. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a Service Order.
4. No Guarantee of Specific Results
We bring real expertise and measurable methods, and we report results honestly. But rankings, AI citations, traffic, leads, and revenue depend on factors outside our control, including search-engine and AI-model algorithms, competitor activity, your market, and your own responsiveness. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, citation, traffic level, or revenue outcome. Any figures we share are estimates or illustrations, not promises.
5. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and timely access to the accounts and materials the work requires.
- Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable time.
- Ensure content and materials you provide are lawful and do not infringe others' rights.
6. Ownership
Your accounts, your website content, and your business data remain yours. Work produced specifically for you under a paid engagement is yours once paid for. AMG retains ownership of its own tools, systems, measurement engine, methods, and any general know-how, none of which transfer to you.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's non-public business information and use it only to perform or receive the services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, AMG's total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Fresno County, California.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
